For second time floaters you even have the option to listen to your own music. Once inside the float you had the option to close the capsul, crack it open, turn off the lights completely, or cycle through different color lights. Every little detail from the signs posted to remind you of important steps, to the nice smelling soap, shampoos and conditioners, to the ear plugs, towels, and water spray for your eyes was great. For a first time floater it was great to have someone carefully explain the process and provide tips to maximize the experience. We watched a introductory video in a dark and zen room lit up by rock crystal lights and then given a tour of the facilities. We confirmed our appointment and were given a brief verbal walk through of the facilities and process. I stopped by this weekend for my first float and was immediately greeted by the front desk.
